This policy describes the current static demonstration. Actual sales, delivery and return arrangements require direct confirmation.
01. Scope and eligibility
No sale or payment occurs through this demonstration. For an actual purchase, return eligibility depends on the product, reason, agreed sales terms and applicable law. Contact the business before sending a product back.
Before an actual purchase, ask about any product-specific return conditions, relevant request period and the procedure for raising an issue. This website does not invent a universal return window or promise automatic approval. Each request should be considered against the actual purchase, the reported problem and any applicable requirements.
02. Damaged products
If an actual delivery arrives damaged, keep the packaging and record clear photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label. Report the issue promptly so it can be reviewed.
Do not connect or continue using equipment that appears unsafe. Describe the condition in which the parcel arrived and identify whether the damage affects the packaging, the product or both. Photographs can help explain the issue, but avoid opening sealed or electrical components merely to obtain evidence.
03. Incorrect products
If the delivered item differs from the agreed order, provide the order or invoice details and photographs showing the received item and specification. Avoid installation or use while clarification is pending.
Compare the received item with the configuration confirmed for the actual transaction, including its size or specification and any agreed accessories. An AI-generated catalogue image alone may not establish a mismatch in physical appearance. Clearly explain any difference in the supplied item’s function, identity or agreed specification.
04. Return request requirements
Send your purchase reference, product name, reason for return, a description of the issue and supporting photographs to the business email. The local demo reference alone is not proof of purchase.
A useful request includes the purchase date, invoice or actual order reference, selected specification, a concise explanation and a way to contact you by email. State whether the concern relates to damage, a missing component, incorrect supply or another issue. Do not include passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary personal documents.
05. Product condition
Where appropriate, retain original accessories, packaging and documentation. Avoid altering the product while a return is under review. Installation or use may affect the available remedy depending on the issue and applicable rights.
Keep the product reasonably protected while the request is being assessed. Where available, retain accessories and manuals together to avoid confusion about what was supplied. If the product has already been installed or configured, explain this honestly so that the condition and possible next steps can be understood.
06. Inspection
The business may need to inspect the product or request further information to understand the issue. Return instructions and any transport arrangements should be agreed before dispatching an item.
Inspection may involve reviewing photographs, checking the supplied specification or examining the returned item. An initial acknowledgement or request for evidence is not, by itself, a promise of a refund or replacement. Ask for clarification if return instructions are incomplete, especially concerning the destination, packing and transport responsibility.
07. Refund process
If a refund is approved for an actual transaction, its amount, method and expected processing period will be communicated directly. This site does not collect money or process refunds, including for Cash on Delivery purchases.
The appropriate resolution may depend on the nature of the problem and the actual transaction. Where a refund is agreed, confirm the amount, the treatment of any delivery charges and the proposed timing directly. Do not send financial details through the demo form; any necessary arrangements should be handled through a suitable verified channel.
08. Non-returnable situations
Issues arising from misuse, unauthorised modifications, incompatible installation or ordinary wear may not qualify for a discretionary return. Any product-specific restrictions must be disclosed before sale. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not removed.
A change of preference, a selection that does not suit the intended installation or damage occurring after receipt may require a different assessment from an incorrect or defective supply. No blanket exclusion in this explanation should be read as overriding applicable rights. Clarify any special-order or product-specific restrictions before buying.
09. Contact process
Email info.sventerprise22@gmail.com with purchase details to discuss a return or refund. Do not send products to an address without first obtaining the relevant return instructions.
Use a clear email subject such as “Return request” followed by the actual purchase reference. Retain the correspondence and any return-dispatch evidence until the matter is resolved. If further explanation is needed, describe the unresolved issue in the same conversation so that the available information stays together.
